Oxylabs is a Lithuanian web-data company founded in 2015. It sells residential, mobile, datacenter and ISP proxies alongside scraper APIs, with monthly self-service plans at published per-GB and per-IP rates and larger contracts through sales. It acquired the self-service proxy provider Webshare in 2022.

Shared datacenter (per IP): $1.20/IP (10 IPs, $12/month) down to $0.70/IP (3,000 IPs, $2,100/month)
