Unused traffic & account credit

Monthly traffic is valid for one calendar month and expires without rollover. The separate contractual PAYG model may be expired without refund after more than three months without use, at Oxylabs' discretion. Account termination carries no unused-traffic refund or storage obligation.

Oxylabs is a Lithuanian web-data company founded in 2015 and incubated by Tesonet. It sells residential, mobile, shared and dedicated datacenter, ISP and dedicated ISP proxies alongside scraper APIs, on monthly self-service plans with published rates and larger contracts through sales. It acquired Webshare in 2022 and took its first outside investment, $130M from Warburg Pincus, in July 2026.
