Renewal & cancellation

Plans auto-renew at the end of the subscription term; failed renewal allows a manual payment link for 48 hours. Cancel in account settings or through written support notice. The terms make notice effective the following month; the help article describes monthly periods as 30 days.

Unused traffic & account credit

Subscription bandwidth resets with the billing cycle and unused bandwidth does not roll over. Plan changes can reset the allowance. A separate Account Credits expiry was not established; nonrefundable credits do not imply retained subscription traffic.

Refund conditions

Request within 48 hours/two days of payment, with rotating-residential usage below 0.1 GB and fewer than 1,000 proxies used. Approval is discretionary; cancellation alone does not refund. Account Credits are nonrefundable, although support can transfer them to another account. An approved refund downgrades the account to Free Plan and removes credits and the payment method.

Webshare is a self-service proxy provider that Oxylabs acquired in September 2022 and still runs as a separate brand. It sells shared, private and dedicated datacenter proxies, static residential (ISP) proxies and rotating residential proxies by the GB, managed through a dashboard and REST API. A permanent free plan includes 10 datacenter proxies.
