Webshare is a self-service proxy provider that Oxylabs acquired in September 2022 and that still runs as a separate brand. It sells shared, private and dedicated datacenter proxies, static residential (ISP) proxies and rotating residential proxies, managed from a dashboard with API access. Plans are sized by proxy count or by GB and billed monthly or yearly.

- Free plan: 10 datacenter proxies, no card required, up to 1 GB/month of bandwidth
- Shared datacenter: $0.0299/proxy (100 proxies, $2.99/month), down to $0.0179/proxy at 60,000 proxies on monthly billing (40% off) or $0.0144/proxy on yearly billing (60% off)
- Static residential (ISP): $0.30/proxy (20 proxies, $6/month), down to $0.225/proxy monthly or $0.18/proxy yearly at 10,000 proxies
- Rotating residential: $3.50/GB on the 1 GB plan (a 50% promotion off the $7/GB list price), down to $1.40/GB at 3,000 GB monthly or $0.98/GB yearly
- Private and dedicated datacenter and static residential proxies cost more per IP
- Billed monthly, or yearly at a discount
Trial & refunds
Webshare has a permanent free plan with 10 datacenter proxies and up to 1 GB/month of bandwidth. It may grant a refund at its discretion if you ask within 48 hours of payment, used under 1 GB (datacenter/static residential) or under 0.1 GB (rotating residential), and used fewer than 1,000 proxies. Account credits are non-refundable.
