ScrapingBee, formerly ScrapingNinja, is a scraping API run by Paris-based VostokInc and bought by Oxylabs in 2025. Besides its REST API it offers a proxy mode over HTTP, HTTPS and SOCKS5. Monthly credit plans cover classic proxies (1 credit, 5 with JavaScript), premium residential proxies (10, or 25 with JavaScript) and a stealth pool (75), and only successful requests are charged.

- Credit costs: classic proxy 1 (no JS) or 5 (JS, the default); premium proxy 10 or 25; stealth proxy 75 (JS only); AI extraction +5
- Per 1,000 premium requests without JS: $2.53 (Hobby), $1.96, $0.99, $0.83 and $0.75 (Business+); with JS: $6.33 down to $1.87
- Per 1,000 classic-proxy requests without JS: $0.25 (Hobby) down to $0.075 (Business+)
- Business and Business+ add priority email support, a dedicated account manager and team management
- Per the terms a billing cycle ends when its credits are used up and the subscription then renews automatically; the FAQ offers an upgrade or early renewal, and larger volumes are custom
- Auto mode tries the 1, 5, 10, 25 and 75-credit configurations in turn and charges only the one that works; max_cost caps it
Trial & refunds
New accounts get 1,000 free API credits with no credit card required. The terms let VostokInc change or cancel the free trial at any time, and state that any amount paid is non-refundable; subscriptions can be cancelled from the dashboard at any time.
