Compare the allowance you buy, not only the amount you request
For 10 GB, this model selects Decodo’s 10 GB/$35 monthly plan and Oxylabs’ single 20 GB/$100 plan. At 100 GB, it selects Decodo’s 100 GB/$275 plan and Oxylabs’ 125 GB/$500 plan. Smaller Oxylabs plans offer top-ups, but their rates were not verified; the model therefore uses one adequate published package instead of assuming a cheaper top-up.

Separate targeting and renewal questions
Decodo publishes included fine-grained targeting and a separate PAYG wallet mode with 12-month traffic validity. Oxylabs’ selected offers are monthly packages; their unused-traffic rollover was not established in this review. Neither vendor’s targeting list proves that a particular peer stays connected or a target accepts traffic. Confirm your exact session, target and expiry requirements before funding either plan.

For datacenter and ISP proxies we compare one month and exclude tiers explicitly marked IPv6-only. The directory filter treats unspecified versions as IPv4 candidates; these are labeled and require confirmation before purchase. Shared and dedicated tiers are labeled when documented. For traffic products, quantities are purchases of GB, not a forecast of usage. Pack calculations may buy more than requested, and unsupported estimates are omitted. Monthly GB subscriptions must have one adequate advertised pack or a documented metered rate. One-time traffic packs and monthly IP packs may be repeated as an explicitly labeled assumption; different packs are not combined. Confirm overage, funding, expiry and tax terms at checkout.
