Decodo is the name Smartproxy has used since April 2025. The Lithuanian provider has operated since 2018, and its services are run by UAB "Data troops" in Vilnius. It sells residential, mobile, static residential (ISP) and datacenter proxies plus scraping APIs. Plans range from small monthly subscriptions to enterprise tiers, with pay-as-you-go for residential and mobile.

Trial & refunds
Residential purchasing review (2026-09-28): New users can take a three-day, 100 MB trial with billing details. Payment verification can place a temporary $1 authorization hold. The selected subscription starts automatically unless cancelled during the trial. This is separate from the paid-purchase refund policy. The dedicated refund policy allows 14 days for a first purchase per service type, with usage no greater than the smaller of 20% or 1 GB. It excludes Enterprise, crypto and purchases after a free trial. The pricing FAQ instead mentions a 10% Enterprise limit. Because those pages conflict, do not assume an Enterprise refund is available.
