Decodo is the current name of Smartproxy, a Lithuanian provider operating since 2018; the rebrand was released in April 2025. It sells residential, mobile, static residential (ISP) and datacenter proxies, as well as scraping APIs. Residential plans range from a 3 GB monthly subscription to 1 TB enterprise tiers, and pay-as-you-go is also available.

Residential subscriptions: $3.75/GB (3 GB for $11.25/month) down to $2.75/GB (100 GB)
Residential enterprise: $2.50/GB (250 GB) down to $2.00/GB (1 TB); pay-as-you-go $4/GB
Datacenter: from $0.45/GB (1,000 GB plan) or from $0.02/IP (15,000-IP plan); other pages list $0.026/IP and $0.10/IP (100-IP minimum)
ISP: shared from $0.27/IP ($0.35/IP on the 'cheap proxies' page); dedicated from $2/IP
Mobile: $3.75-$2.75/GB on regular plans; $2.25/GB at enterprise volumes only. The mobile page showed a '50% off' promotion, so mobile rates may change

Trial & refunds

A 3-day free trial with 100 MB is offered on residential (the ISP page advertises the same trial), and it turns into a paid plan unless cancelled first. A 14-day money-back guarantee covers a first purchase only, if no more than 20% of traffic was used (10% on enterprise plans). Customers who used the free trial cannot get this refund.
