Renewal & cancellation

Subscriptions automatically renew monthly from the initial payment date. Cancel in the dashboard to stop future renewals; access remains until the paid period ends. PAYG is separate. If auto-recharge triggers more than five times monthly, terms permit increasing its top-up amount within a stated usage-based cap.

Unused traffic & account credit

Standalone PAYG traffic has no expiry. Subscription traffic does not roll over, and additional subscription traffic expires at the next renewal. These rules do not establish a separate cash-balance lifetime.

Core advertises a one-day trial. Terms limit free traffic to 100 MB once per user. The FAQ requires billing details, directs business users to live chat, and says the selected plan renews at its original price unless canceled during the trial.

Refund conditions

First purchase per category may qualify within 30 calendar days with usage below both 1 GB and 10%. PAYG, top-ups, previously trialed products, expired packages and reseller payments are excluded from risk-free refunds. Used value and processing fees up to 10% may be deducted; unused duplicate bundles and confirmed SLA breaches have separate fee/remedy exceptions. Crypto cash refunds are unavailable, as are WeChat Pay, AliPay, SBP and unsupported Mollie refunds; equivalent replacement products may be offered at customer choice only where technically possible. A duplicate technical/processing charge is refunded in full without deductions irrespective of payment method under section 4.2. Contact support first; mandatory rights prevail.

Evomi is the proxy brand of TeraShift GmbH, a company in Ermatingen, Switzerland, entered in the Swiss commercial register in 2023. It sells rotating residential (Core and Premium tiers), mobile and datacenter proxies billed per GB, and static residential (ISP) proxies billed per IP. It also offers a Scraper API and a Scraping Browser.
