A non-customer-caused faulty service in the first twenty-four hours can qualify for a full refund if not promptly fixed within that period and support is contacted promptly. Separate subscription or discretionary exceptions can apply. Cryptocurrency payments are ineligible for any refund, including the faulty-service exception.

IPRoyal is a proxy provider operated by IPRoyal Services FZE LLC in Ajman, UAE. It sells rotating residential proxies by the GB, as pay-as-you-go traffic that does not expire or as a subscription. It also sells ISP and datacenter proxies per proxy and term, and mobile proxies per GB or per day, plus a Web Unblocker and a YouTube-focused scraper API.

Residential orders are refundable within 24 hours for service faults and subscription renewals within 72 hours, only if no more than 100 MB of the data was used (500 MB of traffic for dedicated mobile). ISP, datacenter and Web Unblocker orders are refundable within 24 hours if the service does not work; one-day plans and crypto payments are not refunded.
