### Residential purchasing conditions

Standard residential PAYG traffic purchases. Separate subscriptions, premium/custom orders and other product types may have different conditions.

Purchase sources checked 2026-09-29; review due 2026-10-29.

- **Minimum purchase & funding (documented):** Residential PAYG publishes a 1 GB entry at $7 before tax and no monthly minimum or long-term commitment. Lower unit rates require larger purchases. A separate User Balance deposit minimum was not established. [Residential PAYG pricing](https://iproyal.com/pricing/residential-proxies/) · [Terms of service](https://iproyal.com/terms-of-service/)
- **Renewal & cancellation (documented):** PAYG pays for the selected amount without automatic renewal. The terms distinguish automatically renewing subscriptions under separate Subscription Terms; this profile does not establish those subscription cancellation rules. [Terms of service](https://iproyal.com/terms-of-service/) · [Residential PAYG pricing](https://iproyal.com/pricing/residential-proxies/)
- **Unused traffic & account credit (documented):** The residential product FAQ says purchased traffic never expires. User Balance withdrawals are separately subject to dashboard payment-method restrictions; no universal cash-balance retention or withdrawability rule was established. [Residential product FAQ](https://iproyal.com/residential-proxies/) · [Terms of service](https://iproyal.com/terms-of-service/)
- **Trial eligibility (unconfirmed):** The terms permit discretionary limited trials with identity/business verification or a valid payment method when required. A guaranteed residential PAYG free-trial allowance, duration and eligibility were not established in the reviewed product/pricing pages. [Terms of service](https://iproyal.com/terms-of-service/) · [Residential product FAQ](https://iproyal.com/residential-proxies/)
- **Refund conditions (documented):** Fees are normally nonrefundable. A non-customer-caused faulty service in the first twenty-four hours can qualify for a full refund if not promptly fixed within that period and support is contacted promptly. Separate subscription or discretionary exceptions can apply. Cryptocurrency payments are ineligible for any refund, including the faulty-service exception.
