PacketStream runs a peer-to-peer residential proxy network. Its exit IPs come from people who run its desktop app on Windows, macOS or Linux and are paid per GB of customer traffic through their connection. Customers pay a flat per-GB rate from a prepaid balance that does not expire, and can target by country only.
