The site names 嘉禾科技株式会社, an Osaka company, as operator. Accounts are funded by Alipay or USDT top-ups, and per-GB rates depend on the top-up size.

- Balance top-ups: Alipay ¥100 (credited ¥110), ¥500 (¥575), ¥1,000 (¥1,200); USDT 100 (¥700), 500 (¥3,500), 1,000 (¥7,000); the balance never expires
- Rotating residential: ¥80/GB at the ¥100 top-up level, ¥70 at ¥500, ¥60 at ¥1,000; usage is deducted in 0.01GB steps at the rate of the top-up
- Rotating mobile: ¥99, ¥90 and ¥85 per GB at the same levels (a January 2025 help article gives ¥85 as the city-level residential rate)
- Rotating datacenter: ¥7, ¥6.5 and ¥6 per GB (~$1.04-0.89)
- Dedicated static datacenter: ¥30/IP per 30 days via Alipay; ¥24, ¥22 or ¥20 with 100, 500 or 1,000 USDT top-ups; shared static IPs ¥0.5 per IP per 24h
- Dedicated static residential: ¥98/IP per 30 days via Alipay; ¥81, ¥68 or ¥56 with 100, 500 or 1,000 USDT top-ups
- USD figures: CNY at the ECB rate of 25 Sep 2026 (1 CNY = 0.148959517 USD); USDT-tier prices at the site's rate of ¥7 credit per USDT
- Funding levels are account-balance conditions, not minimum IP quantities or stand-alone bundles; no artificial quantity thresholds are stored in price_tiers
Trial & refunds
New users can claim one trial in the desktop client: 120MB rotating residential or 100MB mobile traffic for 3 days, 1GB rotating datacenter traffic for 3 days, 20 shared datacenter IPs for 1 day, or 6 for 3 days; no payment is needed. A January 2025 help article said no trial was offered and pointed buyers to the smallest top-up (¥100 or 100 USDT). The help center says purchases are not refunded; support on Telegram (@yilusk5) checks faulty proxies.
