YiLu Proxy (易路代理) sells rotating residential, mobile and datacenter traffic billed per GB and dedicated static residential and datacenter IPs billed per IP per month, used mainly through a Windows client and web app aimed at Chinese-speaking users. The site names 嘉禾科技株式会社, an Osaka company, as operator. Accounts are funded by Alipay or USDT top-ups, and per-GB rates depend on the top-up size.
