Geonode is a Singapore-based provider that sells residential and datacenter proxies per GB and dedicated ISP proxies per IP, alongside scraping APIs. It says its residential IPs come from two opt-in bandwidth-sharing apps it owns, Repocket and Zenshield, plus acquired networks. Its lowest per-GB rates require very large monthly commitments.
