HProxy, operated by Obsidian UG (haftungsbeschränkt) in Herford, Germany, sells residential (Lite, Premium and Premium Classic pools, 30M+ IPs advertised), ISP, datacenter and mobile proxies from one prepaid wallet that never expires, plus scraper APIs and a white-label reseller program. Its terms say the pools come from third-party suppliers. It also publishes a free list of public open proxies.

Trial & refunds
HProxy offers no free trial; it points buyers to its free public proxy list and checker, and a first top-up starts at $3 in crypto or $10 by card. Unspent wallet balance and unrouted residential bandwidth are refundable within 14 days of purchase, while activated IPs and plans and used traffic are not; crypto refunds above EUR 1,000 require an ID check.
