Renewal & cancellation

Monthly commitments are billed on the first of the month in UTC even if auto-recharge is disabled. PAYG without commitment does not recharge when auto-recharge is off. Contract termination requires written notice and normally ends at calendar month end; fixed agreements can differ.

Unused monthly minimum commitment does not roll over when the account was active for the whole month. Paid PAYG balance expiry was not stated. Accounts idle for twelve months are disabled and support can re-enable them; this is not a stated cash-expiry rule.

Bright Data, called Luminati Networks until 2021, is an Israeli web-data company. It sells residential, ISP and datacenter proxies, plus scraping, SERP, unlocker and browser APIs and datasets. Proxies can be bought pay-as-you-go or on monthly plans. Residential zones created after July 7, 2026 are open only to registered companies that pass a KYC check reviewed by a person.
