Bright Data, called Luminati Networks until 2021, is a web-data company that sells residential, mobile, ISP and datacenter proxies, plus scraping APIs and datasets. Every proxy type can be bought pay-as-you-go or on a monthly plan. Customers must complete a KYC review before using residential or mobile IPs.

Datacenter traffic: $0.60/GB pay-as-you-go; $0.42/GB on the 5 TB monthly plan ($1,999/month)
Shared datacenter IPs: $1.40/IP (10 IPs, $14/month) down to $0.90/IP (1,000 IPs, $900/month); dedicated datacenter IPs: $2.20/IP down to $1.30/IP

Trial & refunds

The docs say every new account gets a free trial, the site says no credit card is needed, and traffic used during the trial is not billed. The pricing pages state no refund policy.
