ScrapeOps, run by the Irish company ScrapeOps Limited, sells scraping tools that include a per-request Proxy API Aggregator. Since June 2024 it has also sold a Residential & Mobile Proxy Aggregator: one proxy port that routes traffic across 20+ third-party residential and mobile networks, billed per GB on monthly plans. ScrapeOps has no IP pool of its own; it is an aggregator.

- Monthly bandwidth plans: 3 GB $15 ($5/GB), 10 GB $45 ($4.50), 25 GB $99 ($3.96), 50 GB $149 ($2.98), 100 GB $249 ($2.49), 200 GB $449 ($2.25), 500 GB $999 ($2)
- The free plan includes 100 MB of bandwidth with no card; larger plans are available on request
- One plan covers residential and mobile IPs from all upstream providers; no separate mobile rate is published
- Usage counts request and response data; requests that end in a 500 error are not charged
- When a plan's bandwidth runs out, the account auto-renews, auto-upgrades or returns 401 errors until renewal, depending on settings
- The product page promises to match the price of any provider with the same performance
Trial & refunds
New accounts get 100 MB of free residential and mobile bandwidth with no credit card. The residential proxy FAQ states a 7-day refund policy ('contact support and we will refund you right away'), while the terms of service say refunds are considered case by case at ScrapeOps' discretion.
