Hex Proxies sells rotating residential proxies in fixed GB packages and static ISP proxies billed per IP with unlimited bandwidth, hosted in Ashburn (VA), New York and San Francisco on Comcast, RCN, Frontier and Windstream ranges. It grew out of the sneaker-bot market. The site names no company; in 2019 hexproxy.com, now redirecting here, was run by Laksh Cybersecurity and Defense LLC.

Trial & refunds
The homepage advertises a '$5 trial - full access, no commitment', while another button reads 'Start Your Free Trial' with 'No credit card required' and leads to the signup page. The public plan data the pricing page loads lists hidden, trial-only 5-day plans of 5 ISP IPs or 100 MB of residential traffic at $0. The terms and FAQ rule out refunds: sales are final, account credit is at Hex's discretion in exceptional cases, and billing errors can be raised with support.
