BARTPROXIES LLC, whose terms apply Illinois law, sells dedicated static ISP proxies with unmetered bandwidth, mostly hosted in Virginia on ranges labelled by US carrier, plus native-carrier (Boston, New York), UK, France and Canada plans, /24 subnets and captcha proxies. It also sells non-expiring per-GB residential and mobile packs and rents servers. Its main early audience was sneaker resellers.

Trial & refunds
Bart Proxies has no free trial. Its $5 trial is a choice of one hour with 5 ISP proxies on AT&T, RCN or Sprint ranges for $4.99, or 100 MB of rotating residential traffic for $4.99. The refund policy says all sales are final; the only exception is a discretionary, one-time review of a subscription renewal requested within 24 hours if the plan was not used. Trials, discounted plans, crypto payments and wallet top-ups are excluded.
