It claims a 90M+ residential pool in 200+ countries and says the service is not available in mainland China.

The homepage says users who register an email can contact support for a 600 MB free trial; no self-serve trial was found. The refund policy and terms say all payments are final once an order is placed, and list data transfer having started as a non-refundable case.
