Cliproxy (CLIPROXY.INC) sells rotating residential proxies billed per GB, short-term residential IPs billed per IP, unlimited residential plans billed by port or bandwidth, and static ISP IPs on 7-, 30- or 90-day terms. It supports HTTP(S) and SOCKS5, and accepts cards, Alipay, PayPal and crypto. The service is not offered for use in mainland China.

Trial & refunds

The FAQ says customers can ask customer service for a trial, but no trial size or terms are published, and the homepage 'Free trial' button leads to sign-up. First-time buyers can buy a one-off 2 GB residential pack for $2.40. The refund policy (effective 2024-10-15) gives no refunds once data transfer has started and credits the balance for IPs that do not work; each account gets one refund to the original payment method, with fees.
