Massive's docs describe a 2 GB free trial with no credit card, requested through a form and activated by a partnership manager, and its free-trial page mentions free trial credits at sign-up. A startup program offers qualifying startups (accelerator, VC-backed or bootstrapped tracks) 1 TB/month free for 3 months with no automatic billing afterwards. No refund policy is published on the site.
