9Proxy, a brand of Hong Kong-registered ConnectWise Limited, sells rotating residential proxies either per IP through its desktop and mobile apps or per GB through a gateway. It advertises 20M+ IPs in 90+ countries. The service went down on June 28, 2026, and the company announced full restoration on August 20, 2026 without publishing a cause.

Trial & refunds

No free trial was found on the pricing pages or in the docs, though 9Proxy has given away free IP codes in Telegram promotions. Its refund policy says all purchases and wallet deposits are final; instead, an IP reported as non-working within 60 seconds of first use is replaced automatically if the system confirms it is inactive.
