Its terms name SEQUOIA ADVERTISING L.L.C-FZ in Dubai as the operator. The site runs in English and Russian (mangoproxy.ru), with support hours of 08:00-20:00 GMT+3.

Trial & refunds

They cover cases where the service was completely inaccessible through MangoProxy's fault or a static proxy ran below 5 Mbps, reported within 48 hours and not resolved by support.
