Proxy-Store has rented proxies since about 2017 and is operated by RISERANK Sp. z o.o. of Warsaw, according to its public offer. It sells private and shared datacenter IPv4 by the IP, per-GB residential and mobile traffic, and subscriptions to public proxy lists. Its terms describe the service as an intermediary between customers and proxy providers.

Trial & refunds
There is no free trial; the FAQ points to a paid 200 MB residential test plan and short datacenter rentals. Refunds are available within 24 hours (48 hours for a new user's first order of up to 10 proxies), once per proxy category, for orders of up to 10-20 proxies, to crypto, e-wallets or Stripe (for Stripe, Google Pay or Apple Pay payments), but not to bank cards.
