ProxyMesh, Inc. of Berkeley, California has run shared rotating HTTP proxy servers since 2011. Each server location exposes 10 datacenter IPs that rotate every 12 hours. Plans from $50 can also use a world proxy of about 25,000 static IPs or a US server on 10 residential and mobile ISP IPs. Plans are monthly and include a set amount of bandwidth.

- ProxyMesh 10 (Basic): $10/mo, 1 proxy location (20 IPs/day), 10 GB included, $1.00/GB over; no sub-accounts
- ProxyMesh 20 (Professional): $20/mo, 2 locations (40 IPs/day), 20 GB included, $0.80/GB over; 20 sub-accounts
- ProxyMesh 50 (High Roller): $50/mo, 5 locations (100 IPs/day), 50 GB included, $0.50/GB over; 50 sub-accounts; world proxy or US ISP proxy selectable
- ProxyMesh 100 (Enterprise): $100/mo, 11 locations (220 IPs/day), 100 GB included, $0.10/GB over; 100 sub-accounts
- Extra rotating proxies on 50/100 plans: $10/mo each (up to 5 extra on the 50 plan, 9 on the 100 plan); the world proxy counts as 5 proxies
- A rotating Open Proxy server is included free on every plan
- Prepaying at least 6 months gives a 10% discount (e.g. 6 months of the 100 plan for $540 instead of $600)
Trial & refunds
Free trials are not offered. New customers who cancel within 30 days can request a refund of the initial payment by email; bandwidth slightly over the included amount is waived, but usage beyond 10 GB may be charged. Crypto prepayments are refundable only for unused credit, minus transaction fees.
