MyPrivateProxy (MPP) is run by MPP Networks Ltd, which lists a head office in Gibraltar, and has sold datacenter proxies since 2011. It offers private (dedicated) and shared IPv4 proxies with unlimited bandwidth, plus dedicated plans checked for sneaker, Pokemon Go and ticketing sites. Its About page lists 121,000 IPs. Private plans can be ordered in 20 countries; shared plans are US-only at checkout.
