IPBurger LLC sells rotating residential and 4G/5G mobile proxies billed per GB, static ISP proxies and fresh or private dedicated IPs billed per IP, plus a VPN and a Windows RDP VPS with an ISP IP. The company says it has operated since 2007 and is trusted by 24,100+ businesses; its terms apply British Virgin Islands law.

Residential: Starter $59/mo (10 GB, $5.90/GB), Plus $149/mo (30 GB, $4.97/GB, shown next to a struck-through $185), Pro $269/mo (60 GB, $4.48/GB).
