- Billing: prepaid credits (roughly $1 each); residential and mobile share one per-GB rate; plan prices are plus VAT
- Sandbox (no subscription, no included credits): $5.00/GB (Tier 1) to $2.00/GB (Tier 3)
- Tier 1 rates (includes US): Builder ($200/month) $3.00/GB, Team ($500/month) $2.20/GB, Scale ($1,500/month) $1.50/GB, Enterprise ($3,000/month) from $0.85/GB
- Enterprise Monthly ($3,000/month plus VAT): from $0.35/GB for Tier 3 exit IPs
- Volume bands lower rates further, down to 0.25 credits/GB in Tier 3 after 15 TB
- Enterprise Annual (12-month commitment, business verification required): sales-only, no public price
- Credits added on monthly plans stay valid for 60 days
Trial & refunds
SOAX's pricing FAQ says there is no free trial, and the no-fee Sandbox plan includes no credits, so testing means buying top-up credits. Its residential and mobile product pages still advertise a three-day 400 MB trial for $1.99, which the pricing page does not list. Payments are generally non-refundable, and unused plan time is not refunded on cancellation.
