Renewal & cancellation

Self-service monthly plans renew on their billing date; annual agreements use twelve-month renewal. Cancelling stops the next renewal while the paid plan remains available for the current period; the account then moves to Sandbox and unexpired credits remain usable at Sandbox rates.

Unused traffic & account credit

Credit blocks added on Sandbox or monthly plans expire sixty days after issue; annual-plan blocks expire after twelve months. Renewal, plan changes and cancellation do not reset existing expiry dates. Earlier-expiring blocks are spent first. Account closure forfeits remaining credits.

Refund conditions

Fees and credits are generally nonrefundable. SOAX may grant an exceptional refund or balance credit, including qualifying technical duplicate/erroneous charges reported within thirty calendar days, entitled material-failure remedies, or termination without cause. Use support's complaint process first. Crypto/stablecoin payments are never returned to source; approved amounts below $50 may be credited/offset. Cancellation alone gives no refund; mandatory rights or written orders may differ.

SOAX is a UK proxy provider (SOAX LTD, Uxbridge) that sells residential and mobile proxies under one credit-based rate card. Plans run from a no-fee Sandbox to a $3,000/month Enterprise tier, and the per-GB rate depends on the plan and on the country tier of the exit IP. Under a KYC/KYB policy in effect since June 2026, customers must pass verification before paid access.
