HypeProxies sells static ISP proxies with unlimited bandwidth, hosted in Ashburn, Virginia and Dallas, Texas, in packs of 50 or 100 IPs or a 254-IP /24 subnet. The IPs are US-geolocated, and a Canada page is also advertised. It grew out of the sneaker and ticket resale market and also sells VPS and bare-metal servers. A residential product is advertised, but its pricing is marked 'coming soon'.

It lasts 24 hours from activation and needs no credit card, but it is subject to approval and availability. The ISP pricing card advertises a '3-day money-back guarantee', but the refund policy accepts requests within 3 days of purchase only for technical issues, misrepresentation or unauthorized purchases.
