Byteful is the 2026 rebrand of Ping Proxies, a UK provider run by Ping Technology Labs Ltd (incorporated June 2020). It sells rotating residential and mobile traffic that never expires, billed per GB on volume tiers, plus dedicated static residential (ISP) and datacenter proxies billed per IP. Existing API keys and setups keep working after the rebrand.

Byteful's product pages advertise a 1 GB free residential trial when signing up with Google, and its KYC policy requires identity verification for free-trial requesters; the pricing-page FAQ, however, says no free trial is offered and suggests buying 1 IP or 1 GB instead. Refunds must be requested within 24 hours, with usage at most 2 GB or 25% of the allocation (whichever is lower), and are limited to one per customer lifetime; free trials are excluded.
