Trial & refunds
The trial is a $9 plan for 24 hours with no automatic billing or renewal, even though the site menu calls it a "Free Proxy Trial". Under the refund policy (last updated April 2026), refunds apply only when a proxy does not work and cannot be replaced. Topped-up account balance cannot be refunded, and accounts suspended for terms violations lose their remaining funds.
