Kookeey (可壳) is a proxy brand of Guangzhou Zike Network Technology Co., Ltd. aimed at Chinese cross-border e-commerce, gaming and advertising firms. It sells rotating residential and mobile traffic in GB packs and dedicated static ISP and datacenter IPs billed per IP per month, priced in CNY. Its lines refuse connections from mainland China networks.

Trial & refunds

Residential: new accounts can claim free trial traffic after registering (200MB per the residential product page and the kookeey.net FAQ; the homepage advertises a ¥288 new-user gift pack, and both sites also say to ask web-chat support for trial data). Static products have no free test. Optional real-name verification adds 2GB residential and 1GB mobile traffic (personal, 60 days) or 100GB and 50GB (business, 365 days), plus 5-10% discounts. Paid services are non-refundable unless a service fails within 24 hours of purchase for reasons not caused by the user and cannot be fixed within 24 hours, or at Kookeey's discretion. The refund policy says refunds go back to the original payment account minus channel fees and bonus credit, while the FAQ says refunds go only to the account balance, not back to fiat.
