PROXY-MAN is a proxy store run by Pay-Man Global Limited of Hong Kong and tied to the SMS-MAN virtual-number service. It sells residential, mobile and pooled datacenter proxies by traffic and static ISP and datacenter IPs for 30-day periods, through a prepaid dashboard, Telegram bot and REST API. It also recruits outside suppliers to sell their proxies through the platform.

- Country pages (e.g. United States) show a templated $0.89 for datacenter per proxy and for residential and mobile per GB
- Residential, mobile and pooled datacenter are bought by traffic, 1-1,000 GB per order, with optional automatic top-up
- Static datacenter (individual IPv4) and static residential/ISP IPs are rented for 30-day periods, up to 200 per order, with optional auto-renewal
- Prices vary by gateway ('gate'), location and ISP; the per-gateway price list requires an account
- Coupon top-ups carry a 10% fee; the supplier page says it pays suppliers about $0.40/GB for mobile, residential and datacenter traffic
Trial & refunds
No free trial is advertised. The refund policy gives a full refund when the order is checked within 48 hours of payment, but only if the proxy fails health checks on several checker services; a proxy that connects is not refunded. Problems must be reported within 2 days, malfunction refunds can be requested within 72 hours, and once any proxy has been bought the remaining balance is not refundable.
