Torch Proxies is run by Torch Labs Software LLC, a Wyoming company that says it grew out of sneaker botting and has operated since 2021. It sells three per-GB residential tiers (Standard, Premium, Plan X) and static ISP proxies priced per IP, plus a B2B reseller dashboard and API. Mobile proxies are listed as coming soon.

- Plan X residential (120M+ IPs, residential plus dedicated ISP pools): $5/GB (1 GB), $4.75 (5 GB), $4.50 (25 GB), $4.25 (100 GB), $4.00 (500 GB), $3.90 (1,000 GB)
- Residential cards read 'per month' and 'can cancel anytime' but also 'data never expires' and 'pay as you go'; Premium and Plan X headers quote the 1,000 GB price as the start
- ISP (static, unlimited data, monthly subscription): $2.40/IP for 5 IPs ($12); $2.30/IP for 25, 50, 100, 200 or 254 IPs (the page labels these 'per GB')

Trial & refunds
The FAQ offers a free 1 GB residential trial and the Plan X page offers 500 MB free, both without a credit card. Credit top-ups are non-refundable; residential purchases are refunded if under 5% is used and the complaint comes within 24 hours, and ISP issues reported within 24 hours qualify for a replacement.
