IPWeb is a Chinese-language proxy brand of Hong Kong's Unlimited Connection Technology Co., Limited, which says it was founded in 2019 (ipweb.cc was registered in 2022). It sells rotating residential, mobile, ISP and datacenter traffic per GB, static ISP and datacenter IPs per month, bandwidth-based unlimited residential plans and scraping APIs. It says its products work only from outside mainland China.

Trial & refunds
The homepage offers 1 GB of free traffic to new users who register and contact support, and each price card links to a free trial; the static IPv6 product is trialled through support. The refund policy makes payments non-refundable except when, within 24 hours of purchase, the service is unusable through no fault of the user, IPWeb cannot fix it within 24 hours and little of it has been used. Subscriptions are never refunded.
