OkkProxy sells per-GB rotating residential, mobile and datacenter proxies, static ISP and static mobile IPs, and time-billed unlimited residential servers. Its footer names Hong Kong LuoChuang Technology Co., Limited in San Po Kong, Hong Kong. The public API docs it links call endpoints on unionproxy.xyz, a proxy brand whose site shows identical per-country IP counts.

The refund policy allows requests within 7 days of the first purchase, for non-crypto payments and a persistent service fault not fixed within 15 days (or a confirmed system incident); consumed trial credits and bonuses are not refundable. The pricing-page FAQ instead says OkkProxy does not offer refunds.
