Trial & refunds
New users get 0.5 GB of trial traffic after personal real-name verification (name, ID number and Alipay face scan), or 1 GB after manual business verification; the trial is granted once per new user. Purchases are otherwise non-refundable unless the service is completely unusable for 24 hours and IPWO cannot fix it within 48 hours.
