It sells rotating residential proxies by the GB, static ISP proxies per IP for 7, 30 or 90 days, and US-only dedicated datacenter IPs. It claims 90M+ residential IPs in 190+ countries but does not say how they are sourced, and its refund agreement is governed by PRC law.

- Residential traffic validity is unclear: the FAQ says packages last 30 days, while pricing cards say 'unlimited'
Trial & refunds
The FAQ says IPFLY offers no free trial and suggests buying a small package instead. The refund agreement, governed by PRC law, only considers refunds requested through the ticket system within 24 hours of purchase when IPFLY's own servers cause a complete (0%) outage that cannot be repaired; the terms say all payments are final. Refunds are returned minus fees.
