Its terms name YUNSU NETWORK TECHNOLOGY CO., LIMITED as operator but give no address. The domain was registered in April 2026, and the site says the service cannot be used in mainland China.

Trial & refunds
A site pop-up and the docs offer 500 MB of free dynamic residential traffic, requested through live chat or Telegram; static ISP is excluded from trials. The unlimited (bandwidth) page also offers a free 3-hour, 100 Mbps trial. The refund policy (effective 1 May 2026) allows reviewed refunds 'within the specified time period' for services not extensively used but never states that period; expired plans, target-site blocks, misconfiguration and policy violations are excluded.
