Trial & refunds
The homepage invites buyers to 'take a trial' by contacting support, but publishes no trial length or price. The terms allow refunds within 1 day of purchase on written request, and the refund FAQ allows one within 24 hours if the service does not suit. An exchange is possible within 3 days if another product is in stock. Account credit is non-refundable, and chargebacks breach the terms.
