Trial & refunds
The homepage FAQ and the account FAQ say rotating residential users can get 500 MB of free test traffic by contacting customer service after registering, and a site pop-up offers the same. The same FAQs say paid packages are final and refund requests are not accepted; the terms say fees are generally non-refundable except under applicable law or the refund policy, with specific cases reviewed individually.
