Its terms name Maisu International Trading Co., Ltd. in Mong Kok, Hong Kong and cite PRC consumer law for a no-refund rule; the site says the proxies must be used outside mainland China.

Trial & refunds
The site header advertises 'Get 200M For Free' next to the registration link, but the homepage FAQ says IPXProxy's residential proxies do not offer free testing, to prevent abuse. The cheapest paid option is the 1 GB 'Test Experience' pack at $5. The refund terms say packages cannot be refunded once purchased, citing PRC consumer-protection rules for software services.
