IPCola sells rotating residential and datacenter proxy traffic by the GB and static residential and datacenter IPs rented for 30 days at a daily rate, managed through its own dashboard. The marketing site is a partly customised Tailwind template with placeholder testimonials and contradictory claims, and it names no legal entity.

- Rotating residential traffic packages (valid 30 days, 20 GB minimum): $0.80/GB for 20-100 GB, $0.75 (101-500), $0.70 (501-2,000), $0.60 (2,001-5,000), $0.50/GB above 5,000 GB
- Pay-as-you-go from account balance (no minimum, no expiry): rotating residential $1.50/GB, rotating datacenter $1.20/GB, 'stable' residential $1.60/GB, 'stable' datacenter $1.50/GB
- Rotating datacenter packages: $0.70/GB (20-100 GB), $0.60 (101-500), $0.65 (501-2,000), $0.50/GB above 2,000 GB
- Static IPs rent for 30 days at a daily rate: datacenter $0.04/day ($1.20) with 5 GB or 30 GB (premium) included; residential $0.05/day ($1.50) with 8 GB; premium residential $0.10/day ($3.00) with 30 GB
- Extra traffic on static IPs: $0.25/GB (standard), $0.07/GB (premium datacenter), $0.09/GB (premium residential)
- Homepage cards advertise a static IP at $1.20/month, rotating at $0.80/GB and a 'Direct Connect' IP at $1.80/month with unlimited traffic, which is not in the dashboard price settings
- Prices are from the dashboard's public price-settings API; the price table itself is behind login
Trial & refunds
The site's buttons say 'Start free trial', but IPCola publishes no trial allowance or terms. No refund policy is published. The dashboard's settings allow a static IP purchase to be refunded to the account balance within 120 minutes of buying or changing the IP if no more than 30 MB was used; after that, an IP that goes offline can be refunded, with the remaining rental time and traffic converted to balance.
