The FAQ offers 24 hours of free testing after registration (the price calculator treats a 1-day order as a free test). The homepage and FAQ promise a money-back guarantee 'for any reason' / 'no questions asked' via a support request, with no time window stated. The public offer, however, says the customer cannot unilaterally withdraw once payment is credited and that the contractor keeps prepaid fees if it terminates early, and some partner locations are listed as non-refundable.
