IPDEEP is a Chinese proxy seller. The ipdeep.com page code carries a copyright line for Hong Kong Softmatrix Technology Limited and Beijing ICP and telecom-licence numbers; the sister site ipdeep.cn names a Beijing company in its footer. It sells expiring residential GB packs, unlimited residential plans billed by bandwidth, 4G/5G mobile traffic, and static residential IPs in 22 countries.

Trial & refunds
New users get 500 MB of dynamic residential traffic or a $2 voucher on registration (Gmail sign-up is supported). The 5 GB 'Trial Package' ($6.50) is a paid pack valid for 30 days. The refund policy gives no refunds once a prepaid package or data plan is paid and activated, whether used or not, and none for custom services. The only exception is a platform-wide outage of more than 24 consecutive hours that IPDEEP confirms; refunds then exclude consumed data, payment-channel fees and promotional credits.
