Trial & refunds
The public pricing pages offer no free trial. Giveaway and partner claim links can add free residential GB or start an ISP trial that needs a card and is not charged for a set number of days. The Withdrawal & Refund Policy (effective 9 Aug 2026) gives consumers the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal and says it does not end early for subscriptions or data bundles; a proportionate amount is owed for service already supplied. Outside that, goodwill refunds cover non-delivery, faults on BirdProxies' side and double charges, but not data already used or blocks by specific websites. The FAQ separately describes a 24-hour refund window for unused purchases. Subscriptions renew automatically and can be cancelled at any time.
