It sells rotating residential and datacenter bandwidth in 30-day GB plans and static ISP IPs leased for one week to 60 days, with a dashboard, basic API and a manually issued free trial. Its terms say the IPs come from third-party suppliers.

Trial & refunds
Free trials are reviewed and issued manually after sign-up, for rotating residential or datacenter traffic: 100-256 MB for one week, and applicants are asked where they found the service and for a broad use case. The ToS says up to 100 MB for business clients and that all payments and subscriptions are non-refundable.
