No company name or address is published; its privacy policy says customer data is stored in mainland China, though the service is not offered there. croxy.com was a for-sale domain until at least August 2024.

Trial & refunds
Croxy's site offers a 500 MB free traffic trial: after registering, you contact customer support, which grants the trial and can set its size for other products. Paid plans are not refundable once sold under the terms and refund policy; the static residential FAQ says refunds are considered only when the service does not work or performs poorly.
