Trial & refunds
A site pop-up invites visitors to contact support for 500 MB of free traffic, and the homepage FAQ says to request a trial from sales before buying; the Web Scraper API has a free 1,000-result trial plan. The menu also labels the SERP API 'Free trial', but its pricing page lists no trial plan. The same homepage FAQ says ProxyShare does not refund its products. The refund policy (dated 2024-05-01) allows refunds only if the service cannot be used and support cannot fix it within 48 hours, after a system-wide outage of over 24 hours, or for duplicate charges; orders used extensively or active for more than 48 hours and free or promotional plans are excluded.
