A site pop-up says new users can contact support after registering to get 500 MB of free traffic, and the Web Scraper API is marked 'Free Trail'. The 10 GB residential pack is titled 'TRIAL PLAN' in the page data but costs $30. The refund FAQ offers refunds within 14 days to new users who bought through customer service and used under 1 GB, excluding unlimited, static residential and crypto-paid orders; the same article's summary reads 'all payments are final'.
