Trial & refunds
The homepage FAQ says trials are available through the sales team after registration; the residential pricing FAQ offers a 500 MB free trial via online support, and unlimited plans have no free trial. The refund policy allows refunds only for unusable service not fixed within 48 hours, outages over 24 hours or duplicate charges, and excludes orders used for more than 48 hours or with significant traffic; the homepage FAQ says products are not refundable.
